Tawang,Arunchal Pradesh

Tawang, a heavenly paradise in the state of arunchal pradesh, locates near eastern part of India.this place is charming little hills station has a history and culture in its own, like no other place in india and so its geography and topography. In and around the Tawang town, unexplored hiking trails with pine groves and rhododendrons abound. The area is home to some 100 natural lakes, each one pristine as other and religiously sacred for the Mompa tribes, inhabitats of tawang district.the trip was on my mind since a long time, but finally everything matched and i visited tawang in the month of may.

Our journey began with guwahati, the road is quit simple and yes,Tata sumos rule the road,so put your backpack on the roof and hold your place tight.this journey is going to be memorable.

Guwahati to Tezpur: (3.5 hours by tempo traveller),there are frequent services, all along the day, from every corner of Guwahati.

we started our journey at 5 in the evening and got our hotel at 8.45pm.

Tezpur to Bomdila; (take 5/6 hours in a sumo,it would be better to book in advance to get the seat of  your choice).

started at 6:30,stopped over at Bhalukpong for vechicle entry,IPL check,Refreshments and hit bomdila by 12:00.

Bomdila

At this place, the leg of our journey is tiring, you have enough energy and time to walk up and down the slopes and stairs of this small pretty town. The wheather changes at Bomdila like a blink of eyes at every moment.suddenly wheather turns into foggy and started to raining.option of eating is limited like noodles, momos, fried rice, thupka as some common like this.

Now we move towards straight to Doe-Gu khil guesthouse of the Gaden Rabgye ling Manastery.I got about this place from many review and also heared a postive and good place. The room is quiet cozy with basic amentities and a majestic view of surrounding mountain, during season time, its adviced to book in advance, talking about food is awesome specially aloo and dal.monastery is at stone's throw from the guesthouse, located on the top of hills, attaracts tourist and also local people to come here to meditate, see the specatacular beauty and would fall in love with the tranquility and serenity of this place.
